The attack early Monday left 12 goats and two lambs dead.
School district spokesman Sean Hoffmann says it appears the dogs scaled 5-foot tall panel fences.
Hoffmann also says school officials want to know if the dogs, which have not been captured, are responsible for a similar attack last year at the complex.
Security is being tightened in the barn area.
