Trial date could soon be set for Nowak trial

Nowak's attorney had appealed a decision by a lower court that allowed evidence seized from her car, like maps and notes, to be used in her trial. But an appeals court in Florida had refused to hear the case.

That means it goes back to the lower court, and a trial date can be scheduled.
