Fight brews over light rail in East End

Homeowners and business owners support the project, but many don't like the Harrisburg intersection. That's where there is an existing freight rail line. METRO plans to build a bridge over it.

But community leaders say a bridge would divide the neighborhood and they want an underpass built instead.
