Feud between men ends in deadly shooting

Sheriff's deputies were called to a business park on Proctor near Killough last night. They say the owner of an auto body shop was parking his truck when he was confronted by Gregorio Espinoza, the owner of a gutter installation company.

"A physical altercation took place. The owner of the body shop was assaulted and threatened with a gun," said Sgt. Ben Beall with the Harris County Sheriff's Office. "The owner of the body shop pulled out his own gun and shot and killed the gutter employee."

A grand jury will determine whether charges are warranted against the body shop owner.
