Miles stands accused of kissing a woman against her will and pulling a pistol on her husband during a holiday party at the St. Regis Hotel in December of 2007.
On Tuesday, Patricia Jackson testified that she saw Miles walk into the party with a bottle of wine in his hand and yelling profanities.
Jackson also said she saw miles pull a pistol from his suit pocket.
