Chase suspect nearly gets away a second time

Around 1:30am this morning, police chased a driver all over the city, ending up on the South Loop. At times, he was even driving the wrong way. Police say the driver out-ran them in his car just last week.

But this morning, he didn't get away after officers boxed him in. He was originally wanted for a vehicle violation. But he is now facing evading charges as well.
