Routine traffic stop turns into chase

Investigators say an officer tried to pull over a Toyota pickup for a traffic violation when the driver took off down Renwick near Dashwood. The officer chased the truck into an apartment complex, where two men jumped out and ran.

The driver was caught right away, but the passenger got away. Police say the truck was not stolen.
