Brazoria Co. deputy fatally shoots man

Investigators say the officers were clearing a nightclub parking lot near Angleton and they say 21-year-old Kory Smith pulled a gun. They told him to drop it, but deputies say smith leveled it at them. That's when they opened fire.

Smith died at a hospital. The shooting is under investigation.
