Police look for kidnapping suspect

Investigators say the man in the gray muscle shirt above tried to snatch a three-year-old girl from her mother while they were at the store on Garth Road. He was unsuccessful.

Police believe this was part of a child custody dispute and that the man was hired by the child's father to take her from her mother.
