Teens lead police on hour-long chase

Police say an officer noticed a Towncar weaving in and out of traffic. When he tried to pull it over, the driver sped away. The officer chased the vehicle from the north side to downtown and back to the north side.

When spikes didn't work, officers boxed the car in a parking lot on Crosstimbers at Irvington in northwest Houston. Three 17-year-olds were inside.

Cops believe the car might have been stolen.
