West Columbia police in Brazoria County say Paul Dilocker, 33, turned himself in to authorities this morning to answer to charges of online solicitation of a minor. Investigators say the complaint involves a 15-year-old girl and was filed earlier this month.
Dilocker is a former reserve officer for Columbia-Brazoria ISD and first captain with the West Columbia Volunteer Fire Department.
