Bradford concedes DA race

More than a week after Election Day we finally know who will be Harris County's new district attorney. CO Bradford released a statement conceding the race to his opponent Pat Lykos. [SIGN UP: Get headlines and breaking news sent to you]

The initial vote was close. The two candidates were less than 5,000 votes apart, with Lykos in the lead. There were approximately 7,000 provisional and mail-in ballots left to count, but only about 1,400 of them qualified.
