Apartment residents upset over lack of water

Those frustrated residents live at the Alexan Heights apartments on Oxford. They say since Hurricane Ike, water service has been a problem. Sometimes they are without water for up to 12 hours.

"It's progressively gotten worse, including it being out in the middle of the day, when you got up in the morning to go to the bathroom," said frustrated resident Sara Parks. "You can't do the normal things that you do every day, brush your teeth wash your face, take a bath."

Management has sent letters to residents telling them they are working to fix the problem. Our calls to the complex's corporate office have not been returned.
