Help needed to ID Ike victim

HOUSTON A hunter found the woman Sunday near Smith Point. The Jefferson County medical examiner describes the woman as between 30 and 50 years old, 5'3" to 5'7" tall with brown-blond hair. She has upper dentures and dental work to her lower teeth and a past surgery to her right knee in which a metal plate was implanted.
