A judge in South Dakota has sent a father to jail and fined his two sons after they pleaded no contest in connection with the beating of former Houston high school basketball star Ike Muoneke. The judge ordered the father to spend 10 days in jail and not to drink alcohol for a year. The judge also fined the sons $500 and $200.

Back in April, the trio beat up Muoneke, who was in South Dakota playing basketball for Dakota Weslayan University.
