Man accused of sex assault on runaway

Crime Stoppers and investigators with the Harris County Sheriff's office are seeking the public's assistance for any information leading to the arrest of Tony Miller, wanted for sexual assault of a child. On August 25, 2008, the 14-year-old victim told investigators she had sex with Miller on several occasions while staying at a motel located near the 17000 block of the East Freeway. The victim is a documented runaway and is believed to still be with Miller.

Charges of sexual assault of a child were filed on Miller and a warrant was issued for his arrest. His bond is zero. Miller has a lengthy criminal history including an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for assault of a family member.

Miller is described as a 40-year-old white male, 150 pounds and 5' 8". He has blond hair and blue eyes.

Tony Miller's last known address was in the 21000 block of Ironcrest. He is believed to be driving a 2000 red or maroon Ford Explorer with Texas license plate number 728-XBY. Miller and the victim are probably still in the Houston area.
