Fort Bend County investigators are looking for a man they believe tried to kidnap a teenage girl at a busy gas station. It happened Sunday night at the Kroger gas station on Bay Hill and the Grand Parkway. The 18-year-old female was pumping gas when a man parked in front of her, got out but left his truck running.

"When she went to put the hose up, he was between her and her car door," the teen's mother, who did not want to be identified, said. "She says he pulled her blouse down and grabbed her arm and that's when she screamed."

The teen's mother says according to an eyewitness and surveillance video, the man had covered his license plate with duct tape and had been stalking the station for an hour.

Kroger has turned over the video to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office. The man was driving a black Dodge pickup truck.
