Two young children die in tragic accident

HOUSTON Investigators say a Cadillac hit a Taurus on the Katy Freeway near Wilcrest early this morning. Investigators say two children in the back seat of the Taurus, 17-month-old Angela and 8-month-old Amber Roblez, died instantly.

Two women in the car were taken to a hospital. Police say the driver of the Cadillac, Honorato Rios, is now facing two counts of intoxication manslaughter.
