School bus, truck collide in Colorado

The Colorado State Patrol says the truck was making a left turn when it was rear-ended by the bus.

School District 1 Superintendent Dennis Veal said the students and the driver were taken to a hospital. Veal says the students ranged from kindergartners to 10th graders.

He says the driver had to be extricated from the wreckage but had only minor injuries.

Yuma is 115 miles northeast of Denver.
