A bondsman says the half-million-dollar bond posted a week ago for the mother of missing Florida toddler Caylee Anthony has been rescinded, now that she's back in jail. Casey Anthony was arrested at her home in Orange County Florida last night.

The sheriff's Office says Anthony is being held on $3,000 bond on new charges, including forgery and petty theft for using a friend's checkbook.

The 22-year-old woman had already been charged with child neglect, making false statements and obstructing the investigation into her daughter's disappearance.

Police say she's a person of interest in the disappearance of her daughter, who hasn't been seen since mid-June. Anthony did not report her daughter missing until July.

A family spokesman calls Anthony's arrest a "three-ring circus." Her lawyer calls it "grandstanding" by law enforcement.
