Pedestrian hit by car may have been drunk

HOUSTON The driver had a green light at Airline and Goodson in north Houston. He says the man just walked onto the street and he didn't have time to stop.

The driver stayed at the scene and no charges are expected. The victim went to the hospital in critical condition.
