Man found dead in wrecked vehicle

HOUSTON The vehicle slammed into the inside wall of the North Freeway near Spring Stuebner around 2:30am. The victim apparently didn't suffer any trauma so officials believe he may have had a medical complication.

The accident blocked the left two lanes of the freeway.
