No freedom for teen accused of killing brother

HOUSTON The teen is accused of stabbing 17-year-old Robert Benton with a kitchen knife inside the family's northeast Houston apartment last week. Neighbors say the boys usually got along. Relatives say the 15-year-old had a history of mental illness.

The judge wants to keep the teen in juvenile custody due to the serious nature of the charge against him. The 15-year-old asked the judge if he could attend his brother's funeral on Saturday. The judge said she'll make her decision later this week.
