Free fun for low-income families

It's a move to make sure everyone can enjoy the Houston zoo. Low-income families will soon be allowed free admission to the zoo. The deal applies to anyone who receives food stamps and other benefits. The zoo did offer five free days a year, but that lead to overcrowding and traffic problems. The new "anytime free" policy begins August 1.
