Suspected drunk driver slams into light pole

HOUSTON It happened on Cullen near Bellfort. Police say the driver was going about 90 miles per hour when he ran through a light and then slammed into a sign and a huge light pole. The crash knocked out the nearby traffic and street lights.

The driver and a male passenger were taken to the hospital in stable condition.
