Judge appears on evading arrest charge

HOUSTON Judge Walker appeared at a probable cause hearing Monday morning on a charge of evading arrest. Eyewitness News was the first to report last week Harris County deputies arrested Walker after a short chase. Walker had gone to a burglary investigation scene involving two of her sons, then left. Deputies chased and then arrested Walker.

Walker calls the arrest retaliation for joining a federal civil rights lawsuit against the sheriff's office.
