Joe Horn tells his side

HOUSTON Horn could face charges for the deadly shootings last year.

Attorney Tom Lambright did tell us /*Joe Horn*/ testified before the grand jury for about an hour and a half Thursday. He says Horn didn't give him any indication on whether or not he thought it went well.

A spokesperson with the Harris County district attorney's office says there should be a resolution to this case by early next week.

It was back in November while on the phone with a 911 dispatcher that Horn shot two would-be burglars in Pasadena as the men were leaving a neighbor's home with jewelry and cash. Both men were killed.

The shooting sparked a national debate over whether or not Horn should face any charges. Through his attorney, Horn says the shooting was in self-defense.

The fiancée of one of the men who was fatally shot is demanding justice. She says since the two men were shot in the back, there's no way it could have been self defense.
