Man accused of killing art curator due in court

HOUSTON Dustin Allen Poe is charged with intoxication manslaughter. Police say Poe was drunk when he lost control and crashed into a parked car last month. That vehicle hit 51-year-old Tom Jones.

Jones and his friends had been sitting outside of the Art Car Museum. He later died from internal injuries.
