Bar patrons rescue man from burning home

HOUSTON Investigators say the two heroes were leaving a nightclub when they noticed smoke coming from a house and a man yelling for help. They called 911 and literally pulled burglars bars off the window to rescue the man.

The victim suffered smoke inhalation and possible minor burns. The house-which had been converted into a furniture business, is a total loss.
