Shirtless suspect sought by police

HOUSTON Police say back on February 21, a man approached a woman in the parking lot of an H-E-B store along the Northwest Freeway who was putting her purchases away. He offered to help and when the woman declined, the man wrestled her purse from her.

Police say he fled in a light colored mid-size vehicle driven by a white female with a ponytail.

The pair then used the victim's credit cards at a nearby Kroger store, Valero gas station on Barker Cypress and a Zales Jewelry store on Highway 6.

Surveillance video from the Valero station and the Zales show the male shirtless as he shopped.

The male suspect is Caucasian, about 5'11" tall, 180 pounds, 22-28 years old, and has multiple tattoos on his upper body. The female driver is Caucasian, approximately 22-28 years old, 5'5" - 5'7" tall, medium build, with brown hair in a pony tail, and wearing jeans and a dark-colored sweatshirt.
