Authorities say the man died when he slammed into a concrete pillar, flipped over and then burst into flames.
"Witnesses say that they tried to rescue the individual but the flames were too great. It appears that he was northbound on the service road and was unable to make the curve because of his high speed. He struck a sign post up there and the vehicle burst into flames."
Authorities say the victim was burned beyond recognition.
