The district attorney decided not to seek the death penalty against Trenor or her husband, Royce Clyde Zeigler. The body of three-year-old Riley Ann Sawyers was found in a plastic container in Galveston Bay back in October. Authorities eventually tracked the couple down at their home in Spring. Investigators say the pair abused the child, and eventually killed her.
'Baby Grace' mom is pregnant again
GALVESTON, TX Kimberly Trenor,19, will be tried November 3. Because she's pregnant with another child now, the judge wanted to make sure she had her baby before the trial began.
