State Representative Borris Miles turned himself in to police last night. Miles posted a $1,000 bond on two counts of deadly conduct. Prosecutors accuse Miles of pulling a gun on two people at a hotel and forcibly kissing a married woman.

Investigators say Miles also pulled a pistol on a TSU Regent at the Toyota Center the same night.
