Hundreds help 'Keep Houston Beautiful'

Houston's east end is looking greener thanks to volunteers who cleaned up the neighborhood.About 200 people trimmed weeds and collected trash piled up around railroad tracks and ditches Saturday morning. The project was part of the city's "Keep Houston Beautiful" day to encourage community involvement in neighborhood beautification.

This also marks the first day of the national "Great American Cleanup" campaign.
