Emilio did not have bus license

HOUSTON The singer did have a Class "A" license, but he needed a Class "B" because of the buses heavy weight. Emilio and six others were injured when he crashed his tour bus on the West Loop Sunday. Right now the singer is in a coma. Doctors are using a new method of treating him by cooling his body to try and minimize any brain damage.

Some Emilio fans gathered at the Texas Medical Center and around Houston for candlelight vigils Monday night. And about 2,000 fans gathered outside the Alamodome in the singer's native San Antonio. Those fans were joined by two of Emilio's sons to pray for his recovery.
