Stormy weather causes travel nightmare

HOUSTON Terrible weather in Dallas caused a ripple effect at Bush and Hobby airports in Houston. High winds and heavy rain grounded hundreds of flights at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

American Airlines decided to cancel all flights in and out of the city for the whole day. That translated into 300 canceled flights at Intercontinental Bush Airport alone. We caught up with a few travelers who had no choice but to grin and bear the news.

"I don't want to see another airport for a while," said stranded traveler Dorothy Yancy.

"Mother Nature doesn't want to cooperate with anybody," said traveler Sheila Supley.
