Coogs Shamblin named Player of the Week
HOUSTON Shamblin, from Davie, Florida, chalked up three wins last week, striking out 14 batters in 20 innings. She allowed just three runs and one walk, while improving her season mark to 14-1. Her 0.71 ERA is tops in C-USA and her 14 wins are most in the conference.
