The investigation into the death of a man found in Lake Houston has taken another twist.Last week friends told authorities Israel Romero Garcia, 28, fell overboard during a fishing trip and never came back up. Garcia's body was pulled from the lake on Wednesday. That's when things got interesting.

Homicide investigators were called in because wounds on body made it appear that Garcia had been shot. After further study, though, they are now investigating the death as an accident.

According to a Houston Police spokesperson, an object that medical examiners first thought was a bullet in the victim's throat turned out to actually be a crown from one of Garcia's teeth. A large wound to his chest appears to have been made by a boat propeller.
