Teen sentenced to 60 years for rape
HOUSTON Johnathon McNichols hung his head as a jury sentenced him to 60 years in prison. The defense asked for probation, claiming McNichols was sexually abused as a child and just needed help. But prosecutors urged jurors to give him life, calling McNichols "a ticking time bomb."
