"Anyone who drives this street knows that there are vehicles here all times of the day and night, so we don't know if speed was a factor," said Deputy Dwayen Soots with the Harris County Sheriff''s Department. "We don't know if there are any kind of medical conditions at this time. We don't know if she was intoxicated on either alcohol or drugs."
Harris County deputies are still investigating the crash.
