Wounded lawman's condition improving
HOUSTON Corporal Harry Thielpape, II, was working an off-duty security job at a north Harris County apartment two weeks ago. He had arrested Jesus Reyna, and placed him in the backseat of his unmarked patrol car, when Reyna grabbed the deputy's gun, and shot him.
