Officers were still on the scene when a car came swerving along the road and hit one of the squad cars. The driver then sped through the crime scene, nearly running over the body and almost hitting the officers.
The driver stopped near a home, and tried to run away. He was quickly caught.
Police believe the man found shot to death was dumped in the area. So far, officers don't have any suspects in the killing.
