Residents went door-to-door to help get everyone out safely. Some people from surrounding areas had to leave their homes as well due to the heavy smoke.
HFD District Chief Tommy Dowdy reported that at least 16 units were damaged by the fire. It took fire crews at least an hour to knock out the blaze.
At least one person was transported to the hospital for precautionary reasons. The Red Cross was on the scene to help out those displaced residents.
An arson team was called out to help determine the cause of the fire.
