January 30, 2008 4:29:24 AM PST
The City of Houston is holding several workshops to discuss phases of future expansions of light rail lines. Tonight's meeting will focus on the University corridor. It will run from Main Street to the Hillcroft Transit Center. Since 2006, city officials have held public workshops where citizens can voice their concerns about these light rail plans.

There are two workshops planned. One today and another tomorrow, both will start at 6pm, at St. Luke's United Methodist Church at 3471 Westheimer at Edloe.
