In a statement, they said, the group "has no confidence in Mr. Rosenthal's ability to apply the criminal laws and procedure of this state to minority defendants in a just and fair manner."
Yesterday, Rosenthal told Eyewitness News he will not resign in the wake of racially and sexually charged e-mail found on his hard drive. He says he will finish his term, and not run for re-election.
