A new study says not only are you spending more money at wholesale stores, but buying in bulk is making you fat.
According to the study, if you shop at places like Sam's Club and Costco, you spend five percent more on packaged foods. That's compared to shopping at a traditional grocery store.
Plus, the study also says that you eat eight percent more calories and spend more time shopping.
Experts say you can prevent this by making less visits and avoiding impulse buys.
