SEABROOK, Texas - You can never go wrong with Thai food! Learn how to make mango with sweet sticky rice from Merlion chef Andrew Lobeck:
- Sweet rice (available from many Asian grocery stores)
- Coconut cream
Soak a half a cup of sweet rice in warm water for an hour, then steam for 10-15 minutes or until rice is tender.
Mix prepared sticky rice with sugar and coconut cream to taste. Slice mango and serve atop sticky rice. Enjoy!
